Tell us about your brand. When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what makes you 'tick'?

“We make shoes for people who love to travel, we are NYC-based, and we launched in 2010.”

What are some problems you were trying to solve before using Enquire?

“Attributing "word of mouth" conversions, tracking how retail stores impact online sales and having self-reported data points to compare to our internal attribution model.”

What other strategies did you try to address those issues before using Enquire?

“The company was not utilizing many different attribution tools before I came on. We use looker with a custom attribution model, but prior to that, not much was being done.”

How did you learn about Enquire?

“A friend.”

Enquire is a post-purchase survey that takes one-click to install, and built exclusively for Shopify. Enquire helps you understand your customers and where they came from.

Have you tried any of our competitors?

“I haven't tried any competitors.”

How are you using Enquire?

“We are using Enquire as an additional data source for how first-time customers first heard about us. Of course, there are caveats. Some people might not even realize they saw or clicked an ad, or they select a response at random. Regardless, it's given us self-reported data to compare with our internal reporting.”

Does Soludos have quantifiable ROI results from using Enquire?

“I wouldn't say there is a direct ROI associated with us using Enquire. However, the survey data that we've accumulated has validated certain hypotheses and impacted how much spend we invest into different channels.”

For embedded Enquire surveys at the end of a customer’s purchase journey, it's common to see response rates upwards of 60%, frequently even higher.

What features do you wish Enquire had?

“Setting up filters or custom rules. For example, many people report "other" and type in a response like "my daughter,” which would technically be "word of mouth." It would be awesome to re-categorize within the app rather than exporting and using formulas.”

What, if any, future plans do you have in terms of using Enquire?

“We are planning to keep using it, and keep comparing against our multi-touch attribution reporting.”
